LOWDOWN Filtrate consists of two lines—the Classic collection and Filtrate’s original collection. Handcrafted acetate and CR-39® lenses are used in the Classic collection, which was developed with the classic period of the ‘60s in mind. Currently, it’s comprised of five classic styles, available in two colors each. The new 2012-2013 range will add another five styles, totaling 20 SKUs and including an exciting collaboration. Boasting a stainless steel temple core and hinges, the lenses are made of CR-39 for optical quality and also block 100% of harmful UV rays. Styles such as Basque and Soho come in a 6-base curve and offer a two-year manufacturing warranty.
Ruido and Highlight are just a couple of the 90 SKUs offered in Filtrate’s original line. With an exciting new range on the horizon for Spring 2013, this collection is made with high quality TR-90 frames that are strong and durable. Lens options include both premium polycarbonate and polarized.
